Pastor Cecilia Cepeda was born on October 19 in the Dominican Republic, in the capital Santo Domingo. Daughter of Eduardo Cepeda and Alba Rosa Quezada, both already deceased. From an early age, she was very dedicated to the ministry; He started preaching and teaching. At the age of 9, she was a teacher of children, youth and ladies. He was in the Evangelism ministry and his current pastor is Bishop Efraín Reyes. Likewise, in the Dominican Republic, where the current pastor is Humberto de Chan.
She was baptized in the waters, at the age of 16, by the pastor Daniel Pérez and had already been baptized by the Holy Spirit at the age of 14. In the year 2000, after a constant search and 40 days of Fasting with God, the Lord spoke to her and made her a prophet, thus beginning to use her in the ministry of Prophecy and Liberation. In addition, at that same time, it is when the Lord gives him his ministry called HAMEFI (Towards the Final Goal); but it was not until 2007, when he arrived in the United States and God expanded his ministry internationally, having evangelistic campaigns in Venezuela, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, the United States, among others. She is currently a Pastor at the Church of God, Jesus is Lord, in the state of Pennsylvania.
